The primary objective of this role is to technically support the sales team to do pre-&post-sale work and to be able bring in current market information & customer information back to business unit.
Key Responsibilities /Job Duties:
1. The candidate will do technical support for key accounts customers and/or channel partners' & customers.
2. To provide technical support in all phases of the design-in process and at last to gain the design-win.
3. To assist the sales team to do pre-sales work (field sales support), customer training, prototype &demo board building , technical product presentation, troubleshoot in field, software programming, write up applications note, conduct workshop , etc.
4. To be able to run and manage multiple customer projects with aggressive schedules in a fast paced environment.
5. To provide key feedback to business development group or BU on our Atmel next generation products.
6. Any other duties as and when assigned

1. Internal-Local China Sales Team ,Channel Sales Team, Technical Support
2. External-Key accounts, distributors, customers
3. Requirement & Experience & Qualifications:
4. Creative, critical and analytical reasoning person
5. Degree in EE with minimum 5 years field technical support experience. Solid & sound knowledge in system hardware and software support for consumer, industrial and telcom sectors.
6. Experience in Assembly and C programming is a must. To be familiar with 8, 16 or 32 bit RISC microcontrollers architecture. DSP programming would be an advantage.
7. Development tool experience with GNU or like systems. JTAG debugger experience is a must.
8. Experience with applications at consumer electronics, automotive and industrial control circuitry.
9. Familiar with Microsoft office ,Visio, Schematic entry and PCB layout application software is a must.
