摘要:
高清晰度多媒体接口HDMI(High-Definition Multimedia Interface)作为新一代的数字视频/音频传输标准,已经被广泛的应用于高清数字电视等数字消费类产品中。HDMI发送器(Tx)作为将普通数字多媒体信号转换为HDMI信号的部件,是该类传输系统中的必要组成部分。
基于FPGA在当今数字电路开发中灵活高效的平台作用,本文旨在介绍HDMI发送器在研发后期功能性测试阶段的平台搭建与应用。该测试平台可在不同的数字多媒体信号生成源间自由切换,具有易于控制、简单灵活、直观的优点。

A Multi-Source HDMI Tx Test Platform Based on FPGA
Abstract: HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface), as the latest audio and video transmission standard, is widely used in many digital consumer products, especially in HDTV. HDMI transmitter (Tx), as a critical part in the HDMI transmission system, is used to convert multimedia signals to HDMI signals.
FPGA technology is an effective and flexible way to build a test platform in modern digital circuit development. In this paper, based on this technology, we present a method to build the HDMI Tx functional test platform used in the final stage of the development. It is a flexible and visual platform which is easy to control and can switch quickly between different multimedia sources.
